am filing this complaint against Myntra regarding a defective and incomplete product delivery, and the subsequent denial of return and refund. I had ordered an “INC 5 Women Solid Round Toe Back Strap Wedge Sandal” in size 6 through the Myntra platform. However, upon delivery, I noticed that the product was received without a seal and without the original tag. Additionally, the size delivered was too big. Due to this, I initiated a return request, but the pickup agent has rejected the return twice, citing the missing tag as the reason—despite the fact that the item was delivered to me in that condition. I have also raised a formal complaint with Myntra’s customer support, but no corrective action has been taken so far, and there has been no resolution or communication from their end. I find this to be highly unfair and a violation of my consumer rights, as I am being denied a legitimate return and refund for a product that was incomplete and unfit at the time of delivery. I hereby request the Consumer Forum to take strict action against Myntra for its negligence and poor grievance redressal mechanism, and to direct the company to accept the return and issue a full refund at the earliest.
