Accidentally made a payment from Paytm for two thousand to Google recharge play. Immediately contacted Paytm to cancel the transaction, but they denied saying that the recharge was successful. When checked Google Play account no recharge had come through. Therefore I contacted Google again we cancel the transaction and refund amount. Yet Paytm has not yet refunded the amount and now is asking me to make the payment.
