Dear Sir,
I am extremely unhappy with the recent journey experience from Delhi to Lucknow by NueGo Bus services due to late arrival and wrong dropping point at Lucknow at today morning.
My PNR number is 13672926 booked for Delhi to Lucknow and it is scheduled to arrive at 7.20 am at Lucknow Alambagh but due to unprofessional driving with different route near Lucknow made the journey delayed by 1 hour 40 minutes at Lucknow with dropping point ahead at transport Nagar metro station at 8.40 am rather than my dropping location at Alambagh mentioned in ticket.
The reason of delay was happened due to offering and seeking random passenger in between by drivers for their own self profit and taking lots of stoppage in night time.
Therefore I request to Consumer Court to intervene with Nue go to give me compensation with amount of train ticket booked for my journey from Lucknow to Ayodhya cantt as I missed my train due to Nue Go bus driver as my catched train departure timing was 8.50 am from Charbagh Lucknow.
The purpose of arrival at Ayodhya need to reach Awadh University, Ayodhya for research work and discussion point of view before 1.0 pm today that I missed.
Kindly find the attached train ticket. However same issue I have raised with telephone voice at Nue go support complaint number GCM/SA/1632843 but no solid response has been justified by Nue Go support while hiding the mismanagement and justification of delay because of long route near Lucknow.
Kindly help me to get the compensation to my Google pay account including my ticket amount 160 rs to my Google Pay.
