Text of Complaint by Imran Khan:

I ordered a dell Insipron 7572 (Online from Dell website) for 79, 912 INR on 14-Sep-18 and it was delivered on 21-Sep-18. When I started the laptop it gave me a blue screen of death with stop code = WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR; it collected information and force restarted. I contacted the lady who was connected to me from Dell for this purchase. She said she will connect me to technical support on 24-Sep-18; I requested her to replace the laptop or take it back and refund but she said I need to talk to technical support. I have been talking to technical support and have wasted ~8hrs over phone with them trying multiple things but nothing worked. I have been writing emails to all levels including Michael Dell but no one seems to hear me and continue to troubleshoot the laptop which needs to be replaced as it was a defective delivery. I had a technician coming to my place yesterday who tried a few things and went back stating the error is not coming; I came back from office an started the system and boom the error back again. I am not sure if Dell is going to survive today’s market with such kind of behavior. Its very poor customer service experience. Its not only about the time I have wasted troubleshooting for a defective laptop but I am carrying 2 laptops to office since last 3 days as I need to do troubleshooting.

I have been a very satisfied Lenovo customer sine last 3.5 years; its a big  mistake that I opted for Dell. I hate it and will ensure that everyone around me and in my large facebook, WhatsApp and Twitter circle know about this so that they choose the right option and don’t suffer like me.

Pity is that I have to take all this pain after paying 79,912 INR.

I want this to be taken up to the highest forum so that Dell understands the pain I have been given and their attitude improves.
