I was ordered Nike Air Zoom Pegasus Sports Shoes on 11th Oct 2020 Order ID# FL0185524638. Its a prepaid order so i paid by cash Rs. 9745/- on 16th Oct 2020 “Xpressbees” deliver person delivered the product gave a cash to him.
When I try to return in it’s showing delivery was unsuccessful.
Since a day try to customer care executives are saying two more days till now not yet resolved my issue.
I’ll call every 3 or 4 days the customer care executives are saying we are working on your case give me two more days. somebody says system not working call other time. I really don’t know what’s going on. So I am raising the complaint here to resolve my issue.
