Dear Sir/ Madam Consumer Court,
On 27-April-2024 I was delivered a parcel from ShipStreak by Ekart which I didn’t order. Now I’m facing issues in returning the parcel and getting my refund. I placed return request on 29-Apr-2024 on their website and they rewjected my return request. Their customer care number is not reachable. They are completely fraudsters scamming innocent people. Please help me to get refund of my money. Attached images of the parcel, original packaging and product received along with tag.
