Text of Complaint by P R Hariprasad:

I have ordered a product named Invento 8pcs Coreless Motor Gear (Order#408-8714783-6990713) on dated 10-oct-2020. The Original scheduled delivery of the order is 17-oct-2020. As of early delivery happened from you side and amazon sent email to me delivery time is  7AM to 9PM on 16-oct-2020 and mail sent time is 8:27AM on 16-oct-2020 this time is 20min prior to delivery attempt time at that time I m sleeping due to late time works for factory and my phone is switched off. As my phone switched off, and the time delivery came to my house is at 8:47AM on 16-oct-2020 and knocked my door told about me package and asked for payment when I was just awoke from sleep. I have no Cash, I thick about to make online payment as of switched off, I asked him to wait for 10 min to charge my phone and make payment. He said no can’t wait and he insisting me that he is cancelling the order, even I asked him to re-attempt in next one hour or evening as of his convenience, Has he replied answer is “my shift is closing soon” so can’t do anything and he said “I am cancelling the order and  if u want you order the Item” and directly cancelled the order and I have received SMS instantly and he left. Immediately I called your customer care and explained the situation and they assured me that they will reattempt in 24-48 hrs. and sent me confirmation email in this regard and the time of email confirmation is 9:37AM on 16-oct-2020 as 48hrs passed no re-attempt at this time again approached your customer car, but this time response is weird. His answer is item is return to seller and it is mistake of your non-payment and re-order the item.

Here I am asking some Questions to Team amazon as customer:

  1. Does you don’t have policy for making calls for customer regarding their availability and if customer phone is switched-off u have no policy of re-attempting the calls after sometime.
  2. Does customer had no rights to re-schedule when un-natural things happens.
  3. If doing cancelled my order is right in perspective off your customer care, then you don’t have to run customer care….if you shuts this service that saves more billions to your company. It is better.
  4. Where all promises that were made by Team Amazon through emails are all false, In Respective of my case. Why don’t I approach Consumer Forum with the evidences that have, that makes your company service is bad and falsify email promises by team Amazon that makes customer are more metal pressurized and losing of valuable time.

I am expecting your response as soon as possible.
