I ordered whiskas cat food, delivery agent call me to collect my parcel.
I told him I am on job so I cant quit and come to receive parcel. Better way give it to mentioned address. He refused to diliver, I requested him to give atleast on the chawl gate cuase In my house only my wife & our six month baby was available, its difficult for her to drop baby at home & come 6 min walking.
He canceled order. My wife went 2 times on gate but dilivery person not bothered about. He canceled my order.
Everytime delivery agents do same thing that’s why I am making a complaint.
Please try this issue as soon as possible.
If they getting trouble to deliver or respected Address so please arrange some needy person who need a job.
