With reference to my online shopping order ID OD122078686645665000 dated 17th Jun-21 for supply of DELL Core i5 11th Gen – (8 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home) Vostro 14 3400 Laptop (14 inch, Dune, With MS Office) on flipkart online shopping platform . The delivery against my order has been arrived to my place on 26th Jun-21 vide tax invoice number FAHGDR2200000010 dated 19th Jun-21 issued by seller M/s POINEER IT SOLUTIONS, Plot No. 220, Zone 1, MP Nagar BHOPAL – 462016 having GSTIN 23ACAPK8298A1ZT. Package was delivered to me in packed condition . As per protocol of COVID-19 on next day(27th Jun-21) I opened this pack and found that inside 2018 make ASUS make laptop was kept.
On the basis of above incident return request number 12202216269127057703 has been filled on 27th Jun at flipkart customer support portal with Incident ID IN2106271056378268055
As per remark it was assured that issue will be resolved by 9th Jul.
On 7th Jul I received call from customer support to submit consent form as well as ID proof and same has been sent to flipkart customer support on 8th Jul.
On 10th Jul I received message that my return request has been rejected with remark Cancelled on Jul 10 as issue resolved by troubleshooting
In this way flipkart has refused to return wrongly delivered laptop and harassed me in term of money and metal stress
