men’s sneaker OD428993771884963100 27 august [email protected] Dear Flipkart Customer Support, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent experience I had with Flipkart regarding order #OD42899377188496310 I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for a long time, and this unfortunate incident has left me feeling frustrated and let down. On 27 August I placed an order for a product with the order number OD42899377188496310 The product in question was priced at Rs. 4,245. However, when the package was delivered to me on 28 August I was shocked to find that the product inside the package was completely different from what I had ordered. It was not only the wrong product, but it was also of significantly lower value and utility than the one I had paid for. I immediately initiated the return process through the Flipkart app and requested a return and refund for the incorrect product. To my dismay, my initial return request was rejected without any valid reason provided. This left me feeling both frustrated and helpless. Undeterred, I decided to provide photographic evidence of the incorrect product I had received, hoping that this would help resolve the issue. After submitting clear images of the wrong product, my return request was finally accepted, and I was informed that a pickup would be scheduled to collect the incorrect item. However, the problems did not end there. The scheduled pickup of the incorrect product never took place. Instead, it was rescheduled multiple times without any explanation or communication from the delivery personnel. This was highly inconvenient and frustrating, as I had made arrangements to be available for the pickup as per the scheduled times. To my utmost disappointment, after multiple failed pickup attempts, my return request was abruptly canceled without any prior notification or explanation. This action was taken without my consent and without any valid reason. Subsequently, I contacted Flipkart customer care for assistance in reinitiating the return process. To my shock and dismay, the customer care representative informed me that the return could not be created as it was at the discretion of the seller, and they were unable to assist me further. This response was both perplexing and disheartening, as it implied that I was left at the mercy of the seller, even though Flipkart is the platform through which the transaction was conducted. I kindly request Flipkart to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt resolution, including the collection of the incorrect product and the issuance of a full refund as per your return policy. I have attached the photographic evidence of the wrong product received for your reference.and the delivery person has not opened the box in front of me Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I eagerly await your prompt response and action.
