On May 30th, 2020 i ordered Nikon AF-P DX NIKKOR 70-300 mm f/4.5-6.3G ED VR Lens for DSLR Cameras (Black) (Order Id: 171-6108663-4691567) from Amazon.com. When I received the delivery on June 2nd, 2020, and unboxed it the item inside the box is different from what I have ordered for. There was an old model Nikkon AF Nikkor 70-300mm lens which is not the one I ordered.
I raised the issue to the customer support team and they mentioned that there will assign an investigation team to the issue and will connect before June 9th, 2020. I have not been contacted in between and when I reached the customer support team on June 9th, 2020 they stated that their investigation team has submitted the report and they cannot give a replacement or refund.
They said I can do whatever I can in my power but they won’t be helping me in this concern. I seek justice.
