Name Kashyap ordered a Samsung EHS64 wired headset on 2 august 2020, ofRs439

order delivered on 5 august 2020, but when I checked the product it was used and the wrong product delivered.

I submitted a complaint to Flipkart but it took no action.

i request you to resolve my issue.
