Dear SIR/MADAM ,
I ordered some food from zomato from the restaurant ‘ xero degrees ‘ ROHTAK , at 10:38 pm 9 July 2023 . The food I received was in the form of garbage not fit for human consumption , with spoilage within the box , foul smell and uneasy to be seen . When I raised this issue with zomato helpline i got a very irresponsible response of giving me 70 rs off on the order . My money and my time were wasted and I didn’t even got to chat with an executive , they just give me the option to chat with ai bot . Please get me my refund and make them pay a fine to government for foul play and fraud in the service.
