I ordered Logitech m 90 mouse at paytm app on 15 Oct 2018 and this shows delivered up to 18 Oct 2018 but till now the date 29 Oct 2018 I would not get the product no one is available at support call the worst services ever seen in any shopping ever. The courier partner is also fraud ecom express , there helpline no. will automatically disconnect and the worst courier services hier by paytm ever at there no number is working no online support at their registered site and all calls are ivrs based and output are preset that was no information available I want my product as soon as possible or genuine money back from paytm. After three days of these I will go to consumer forum of India and complained against paytm along with ecom express.
