I purchased Ambar Walnutsfron EZMALL, after going through TV Chanel on Tatasky on 12/05/2020 during lockdown.
The walnuts kernels, I received are perished and rotten, having fungus. That can’t be used. I immediately made a call on their helpline and complained about the perished product.
I was informed that although there is no return policy but since the product was perished as such my bank A/c No. and other particulars were taken and I was asked to send photos of the product on a given whatsapp no. and I was assured for a response within a day or two.
I sent the photos on whats app but I did not receive any response then I again called on helpline but he did not entertained my complaint by saying that there is no return policy of the company.
I don’t want to return the product of my own will but I received cankered kernels, which can not be used. These are not marketable lot, which is violation of provisions of Sales of Goods Act, consumer protection act and other legal provisions.Image Uploaded by Rajiv Yadav:
