I had placed order on 17 November 2024, Order ID: 190817411082943,
This order was delivered in 2 parts, I want to discuss about Delivery -2, where the “Goofy Tails Sea Food Bone Broth” quantity -2 are expired on 09-Oct-2024,
I was told by your customer service team that issue to be raised in 96 hours of the delivery, I don’t know about, it was not mentioned any were on the website visible to customer, on 22 November 2024 I raised complain the staff is denying to refund as I delayed long to raise the complaint, I asked to forward to higher authority but no proper response.
It’s how the company is selling products with out any proper check before delivery and denying to do refund, if customer doesn’t check before usage then the customer as to face health issue.
