I ordered a Samsung S 21 phone from Amazon. I found it damaged and opted to return the product. Despite of several return request non of the delivery executive are coming for pickup. Only they are rescheduling the date of pickup.
The concerned person who is responsible for pickup is not responding to the calls as well.
The customer service of Amazon are only rescheduling the date of pickup and everytime failing to pickup the product.
