Over one month….. I can’t receive my refund….. When we call customer care they said…. the date goes on…. Please help me

The Same happening with me too.
I have booked my ticket on 27th Jan and after making payment my booking got cancelled.
they said it will get refunded in 3 days then again they said 7-10 days now its more than a month they have not refunded my amount and the amount is 5600 rs.
