I ordered food from zomato. The delivery guys has deliverd to someone else. I complained to customer care and they applied penalty to zomato valet. Now that guy is calling me and asking me to pay his penalty. He is abusing and warning that he will come to my house for money. Is this the way zomato controls their employs?
