I have ordered 5Gms 24carat Gold coin from PAYTM on 8th october, (Order No 11957527167) the order is not delivered and when I raised complaint with Paytm I didn’t get proper response from them. When I contacted courier they informed me as the parcel is lost and further I did not get any reply from Paytm about refund of money, The order worth is Rs.30000 (Thirty thousand only) and I need immediate refund of my money.
