I ordered a nikkor 200-500 lens in paytm on 7th of October 2019. The promised delivery date was on 15th October 2019. The delivery is still not done. I was provided with a blue dart delivery boy’s contact who is refusing to answer the call. I raised a complaint regarding this to payTM nearly 4 times and all I get is “We will get back to you”. At last, after 4 calls, I got one call and said “We will get back to you”. I have voice recordings with payTM support staff. At last, they refuse to answer any sort of questions simply by saying their system upgrades are in progress and they cannot give any information. When I pay them a sum of Rs.79950, they are bound by a contract to deliver a promised product on the promised time, which they have clearly violated. I had to wait 2 long days at home expecting he will show up on my doorstep. PayTM should be held responsible for violating a contract and compensation should be in order.
