I ordered A Mobile Phone Order Number is #408-5072347-7597149 via Amazon India, I was supposed to be received this product on 31-7-202. But today when I checked the delivery status and found that Amazon India has changed the delivery time and extended it to Wednesday 4-8-2021 without any notice, yet I paid the full amount of 17,999 (Inclusive GST). I called customer care and they did not solve this issue and sent me an apology letter on my request. I asked them if I do not get this product on time then it is no use or no worth to me because I want to surprised someone special to me, but now due to Amazon, I can not fully fill I thought. Though I could cancel this Item, how will I get the same product locally in a short time period therefore I did not cancel. Amazon showed no sympathy for human emotion and behaved unethically. I Attached the apology letter received from the Amazon India Customer care representative in that he accept their mistake.
Money is not everything In life, but the emotion, happiness, small-2 memories we create with the help of it.
I don’t know what justice would be given to me. Kindly Advise.
