Text of Complaint by C S.Vasu:

I haddone recharge from my airtel no 9379295132 to my friend Aishwarya (8951085255 from my hdfc bank debit card for rs383 from Airtel app and received the order I d (833092766842688) with a message as recharge successful and will be updated in 4 hours. She has not received credit of the amount and recharge is still not done.I sente mails to 121 and they have accepted that recharge is not done yet to the number But they have not taken any positive action still.
