I am deeply dissappointed with Zomato due to there negligence and late update! I have waited for an hour for my food order and found out that they could not fulfill my order due to unavailability of the driver! After a long time of waiting I would never know until I messaged them on the app. I will no longer place my order on this company ever again! Agents are not well-trained as well! Managers don’t reach out to clients
Waste of time and ai would tell my friends not to use zomato as well
