I raised a complaint to Swiggy for refund of the order that was never delivered. This has happened two time ins 7 days with me. I had raised a complaint about the order within 5 hours but 0:15am delivery to 5:20 am complaint but they are denying it. I wasn’t at the place. hence couldn’t raise complaint and they are using it against non refund
