I am writing this regarding the behavior of a delivery agent who handled two of my recent orders from Meesho. The details of the orders are as follows:

These parcels were delivered under the Cash on Delivery (COD) option. Upon receiving a call from the delivery agent to collect the parcels, he demanded an additional amount beyond the specified COD charges. When I refused to pay the extra money and insisted on paying only the required amount, he resorted to threats, stating that in the future, my parcels would not be delivered and would instead be returned.
Furthermore, when I mentioned that I would file a formal complaint regarding his conduct, he dismissively stated that he was not concerned and that no action would be taken against him.
