I have a outlet named The Great Indian kitchen in benglore. Today i received an order which was cancelled after the delivery boy picked up the food from my store.
When it get cancelled i was said that i will receive the food and then only i will share the otp. The delivery called me with a aggressive tone and started asking me for the otp and when i refused to provide the otp he started giving me threats of causing issues in my kitchen and locality and when he did reached to my store he started showing attitude, slanged to my kitchen staff make a scene in my locality and did a lot of problems which i have to deal with it now.
Zomato on the other hand is not at all helping me out in this case and ignoring it.
