I had ordered combo pack from Beardo website which was prepaid.
The delivery boy (XpressBees) called me and asked for the OTP. My mistake was that I gave him the code and he updated the courier as delivered and after that he is neither receiving my call nor delivering the parcel. I have put many efforts complaining to the website associated viz. Beardo, XpressBees and IthinkLogistics but those were of no use. I haven’t got any satisfactory reply. The order’s AWB no. is 14131722281760.
