A delivery boy named Arphan of Shadowfax Courier service from Guwahati was supposed to pick up my product but instead that he was going to call me for two days and as a working person I was unable to pickup the phone but the product is in it’s address. So, when I get free time and made a call back to him and asked him why he did not came to my address for pickup, instead giving me answer he asked me angrily why I didn’t pickup his call. I told him that “you were supposed to come to my address, then he started argument with abusive language. And this is not the first time, it is almost every time when it comes for pick up, these Shadowfax’s delivery boy always make call before attempting visit in address and for that reason my refund has not been credited in my account and the product have to stay with me. This is kind of mental trauma for me, which is I have to pass every time when it comes for pickup.
