I ordered food from zomato for someone , after some time it was shown that the order was delivered but on asking from whom i sent he said no order was delivered , i tried contacting the delivery boy he is not responding and even restaurant not taking any responsibility. So i reached zomato help through mail . They are letting me talk to delivery boy on call for once and without actually reaching to me asking full details are saying sorry we cant do anything delivery boy has no fault this and that.
