Sir, I ordered postpaid groceries from flipkart and Vijay the delivery boy from Ekart brought my order, Since my order was postpaid so I had to pay for it that tym my phone’s camera was not working so he told me to pay on his number so I sent him money on his personal number. Amount was deducted from my bank and reached to him but he said he didn’t get that’s why you will not get the order. Same screenshot I am enclosing with this complain. When I called him so many tyms he said yes I received money and will send you soon it’s been a month he did not return every tym he refused to return. Sir, I’m not rich enough to forget money like this pls help me in this matter either he returns my money or close his payment gateway so that he can’t steal someone else’s money like mine.
