Dear sir/madam
I was ordering a grocery from Flipkart. And today it was out for delivery. I called up the delivery boy and asked when my parcel would arrive. He said I will go to nearest hub and call then I said I want delivery to my doorsteps. He says we can’t go beyond the location and not such large vehicles is available . I repeatedly say that my parcel is wanted at my doorsteps but he repeatedly tells me to go to the nearest hub and collect your order . I said come to my doorsteps then hung up. No longer comes to doorstep delivery.
I have to face such problem again and again, please take steps on this delivery boy. It is my sincere request to you that he be punished severely
