Amazon delivered a wrong product. When a return request was raised, they delayed the pickup of the wrong item and when escalated, they did an internal investigation and closed with a statement that they have carried an investigation with the carrier and it is confirmed that the item was delivered intact. I have escalated it to various levels and everytime they cut and paste the same response that investigation is completed
