I Gaurav Nagpal resident of Kharar district. Mohali, Punjab, really disappointed with voltas this time. I feel voltas has stopped manufacturing promising products. I purchased voltas split AC on 24 May 2023 just after 20 days it started giving problem as showing E6 error in AC.
After that when I complained to your customer care . They said chandigarh service centre will look into this matter and did not pay attention to my complaint properly. Technicians from chandigarh service centre visited our place on 16 june 2023. (Request no.-23061424419) Technician said there is a part need to change which will take maximum 7 days . But It took more than 20 days to change the part. They changed the AC part on 7 july 2023 . Even then it was disappointing because inspite of having voltas split AC, my family suffered during harsh summer days. The team of voltas need to think about what kind of service is being provided.. now again after changing new part regarding E6 error , the same problem of E6 error has arised on 17 july 2023. I have a picture of part that was changed.
I have already paid 2 installments but AC has not worked for 2 months.. it is 26 july 2023 now.. and till now no action has been taken to resolve the same issue.. I am harrassed completely by VOLTAS.
