I had ordered a new tws earbuds (Oppo Enco Air 3 Pro) from Amazon on 29th on July and received a package from Amazon on 2nd of August, once the Box was opened I noticed the retail box inside was damaged and the tamper proof tags were removed when opened the product it was a used set of tws with very apparent scarthes, dust and dirty , I immediately registered a complaint in the app and I was contacted by a customer care executive regarding the matter, initially they told me nothing could be done from until an enquiry is complete from their end which could take upto 5 days, I once again contacted Amazon customer service with the same time, during which they asked for photos and other details of the purchase, which was promptly provided to them and a replacement product was sent to me. The replacement product arrived on 4th August but unfortunately this one was also a used product, but in a much poorer condition and this time Amazon has disabled the ability to contact their customer service and has denied every request to communicate with them and register a complaint. They have provided me with a used product for the sum of ₹5000 twice and are refusing to refund or replacement the faulty product
