I have ordered REDMI EARBUDS 2C on 16th April 22 I have received order and found my order is old and used product delivered earbuds case having lots of scratches also dust on earbuds so replaced on urgent basis return already raised 3 days before with case return id 16244 and ordered id is 1524310 also already attach snap of product with this mail also attach in your web portal.
