I had ordered corn flakes and ketchup by swiggy instamart
I shared pictures of the expired product with the customer care
But it seems they can’t validate expire product as per there protocol which they didn’t disclosed
The product was gressy and dirt on it with partially teared on one side
I shared the picture but they again said we can’t do anything
Not in our protocol
Expiry is not clear but it seems June 2022 manufacture date with 9 month expiry till March 2023
Also other product corn flakes was delivered with less than 1 month expiry which they didn’t exchanged for a new product as they said they are helpless and can’t compensate at the moment
