Text of Complaint by Rajib Nath:

I have ordered medicine on Flipkart Health Plus on 29th March, 2023. Order Id – 8847516357. On 30th March, they delivered the medicine which was in tampered condition and 10 tablets was missing from the pack of 30 tablets for the medicine Pregnacare Combi Pack. I called customer care and raised a complaint on 30th March (Complaint Number – 392307) and also initiated return request for the same. They asked me to share the images of the product, I shared with them. After that no response from them. It’s been 8 days, they have not processed my return and they didn’t refund my money yet. Every time i call customer care, they are saying that they will process, but hasn’t processed yet. Please take necessary action so that i get refund as soon as possible.
