Hi Sir,
I have ordered Redmi Note 9 Pro mobile on amazon on 28th Feb,2021 under exchange offer. I received my parcel on 1st march & they pickup old phone under exchange offer. Once I opened parcel I found that that mobile not in ON condition so I requested amazon for replacement. they accept my request for replacement on 1st March & send new mobile on the same day. On 2nd March I contacted Amazon Logistic person for delivery New replacement mobile & to pickup faulty mobile. They refused to pickup dead phone & not delivering new phone due to some technical issue. I called 100 time to amazon customer service but no one is giving solution. They are not cooperating. Only delay in process.Kindly look into this matter & solve the same asap
