Text of Complaint by Deepak Andrew:

Hi,

Im hereby writing to express my dissatisfaction by the way the broadband request was handeled.

To explain, I had requested a broadband connection in February and i had received a call for the sales department advising me to submit documents over WhatsApp for connection. After all submissions the sales department contacted me to make payment for the connection. I did tell them once the engineering visits I would make payment.

However, the sales lady insisted me to make payment right away which I did and received a message to say my connection request has been processed. To confirm I contacted Airtel Customer Service and checked the same.

As said above the message received stated my request would be processed in 24-48 hours, then stating 72 hours and now the connection is not feasible.

I work at night and did not sleep in while i waited for connection call from last 3 days. Its been stressful while all the above process had taken place.

Please look into this complaint and help me to escalate to further department as an official complaint against the team.
