Text of Complaint by Gayathri:

I have ordered 2 products from club factory. In those, i got XL size, where it was actually XS. The other product was of very cheap quality and damaged one az well.

I have placed the return request with in the time period given and even after a month also there was no return pickup scheduled.

With very effort i have contacted them through customer chat and they asked me to send the products, for which they will be returning the shipping charges as well.

While i search for address from the app, they have erased all the conversations.

Later after many days, i gpt a reply from customer care and i told what was happened. They gave me some 10 lines of address and asked me to send the products.

I have sent the courier to tge given address verifing the same with the address mentioned on internet and the same was present on the club factory courier.

I was continuously contacting them for the refund, they told they haven’t received the product. But now they are telling that the address was wrong.

Not even replying the customer.
