Ordered for Sujata Dynamix mixer grinder(900w) on 18th June in PaytmMall. Delivered a damaged broker product on 24th June.
I registered a complaint on the same day. They assured a resolution within 48 hours. But didn’t get any kind of response from paytmMall sofar.
Whenever I contact them they are narrating the same story as they are working on it and will give a resolution asap. Kindly do the needful. They acknowledge that they don’t have any timeline to resolve such issues.
