I bought an HP Laptop (HP 15Q Core i3- 7th Gen/4 GB/1 TB /3962 cm (15.6 inch)/DOS) 15Q-BU024TU(Smoke Grey ,1.8 kg) from your portal on 03-11-2018 which order number was 6446558224 which was delivered to me on 06-11-2018. I found that laptop was in a different color than the Smoke Grey color shown on your portal. I made a replacement request on 10-11-2018.Your Courier Boy Picked up the Laptop for replacement on 11-11-2018. After the replacement, I got another laptop from paytm with cracked base which was delivered to me from the order number 6493490439 on 16-11-2018. I urged you to exchange this damaged product and provide me the right product on 19-11-2018 but I didn’t get any positive response from your side. Regarding this problem, I have also filed a complaint at paytm helpline number 0120-4606060 several times .During conversation with your company executive, your executive insured me that my complain has been taken which will be processed within 24 hrs and right product will be delivered to me . I have a voice recording copy of what happened to your executive. As far as the attachment is being sent, I have sent the attachment 3 times. Paytm has made fun of the urge to change the laptop.
