I placed order on 2 march 2023 from Nykaa Fashion. They delivered the product on same day i.e. 15 March 2023. However, the product which I received was defective. The suit and dupatta colour are not matching. The product in website is all different from which I received.
I contacted nykaa fashion customer care many times for return but they refused to return. When I booked, it was mentioned that we can return the product, but they are refused to return.
