I had ordered from Zomato (Burger King) for an order at 8.37 pm. 1 hour I received no order. I got a message from zomato chat if I am ok with cancelling the order for which I replied in 5 mins as Yes. Suddenly in next 10 minutes theu deliver the order against my wish. And where not at all helpful to give me help properly. Instead were saying wont help. Need justice.. and they are doing as per their norms.
