5 times in a row I’ve been marked unavailable, despite my 24×7 availability, for a product return. I have spoken to customer service, who keep assuring me that the pickup will be done by 8pm everyday, and it still hasn’t happened after 5 retries, the executives keep falsely marking me unavailable.
