Hello,

I have ordered 2 white pyjamas on amazon india in first wee of October and got those on 12 October 2020 but when checked found size was too big so same day raised return request. It was showing on next day by 13 October, it would be collected but no one has come yet. I talked to customer care 2 times, one on 14th October and they told it will be collected by 15th October but not collected so called again to customer care on 16th October and I was told by 17th October those will be collected but not collected yet. It is very frustrating and disappointing service from Amazon. I am attaching here screen shot showing of my return request. Please do needful and I want my money back.
