Text of Complaint by Arjun Nambiar:

I have been facing repeated delays with my food orders placed through Eat Club, and no reasons or updates are provided about the delays. When I try to contact customer support, the in-app chat does not allow me to type messages. It only shows automated responses, making it impossible to raise my concern. Additionally, there is no customer helpline number available on the app or website. This leaves customers completely helpless when service issues arise. I request Eat Club to ensure timely delivery, provide proper communication in case of delays, and fix the customer support system by enabling real-time chat or providing a helpline number.
