Text of Complaint by Aarti Raichura:

I had placed order as on 1st June, 2024, 11:49pm with Expected Delivery within 18 Mnts. I however received Order on 2nd June, 2024, 12:45am!!!

I was constantly raising a flag on Chat with no resolution before receiving the order, even after receiving the order for almost 2 hrs! It was completely Wastage of Time and Spoiler of Mood having no response and delayed response from Customer Care Executive too!!!

Pathetic Service. I need compensation for this mental torture and harrassment by Swiggy and its Customer Care Executive, Ms. Suruchi.
