i purchased hp i5 laptop from reliance digital through online on dated 26/09/2022 order id RDF40260400, and arriving date was 30/09/22. but till now i m not getting product. last update Monday which was 03/10/22 showing that shipment at delivery center(siliguri) at 07:56. I continue called reliance digital consumer helpline number but they also not telling me where is my product, only said after one hour our team call me but no call coming from reliance digital side. 1 October i lodge complaint register and they assured me my problem solve out after 72hrs but till now no problem solve. i paid full of money through kodak mahindra credit card . please help me
